INCLEMENT WEATHER DELAY: JANUARY 28
Due to ongoing hazardous road conditions, FWCCU lobbies and drive thru will delay opening until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28. Our Virtual Branch will be open for regular hours to assist you via phone, secure chat, or text.

FREE EVENT PARKING IN FWCCU LOT - FOR MEMBERS ONLY
FWCCU members can park in our parking lots at no charge during events at Dickies Arena or at Will Rogers, including the Fort Worth Stock Show.
Parking passes are available for pick-up in our lobbies during regular business hours and proof of membership is required. Passes are for good for one day only, must have the date on them, and are limited to the number of spaces available. During events, our lots are managed and monitored by a parking company, so your pass must be visible and hanging from your mirror or you will be required to pay the going rate.
We do not know how traffic will be routed on Montgomery Street prior to, during or after any event; nor do we have no control over that. FWCCU is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle.

ANNUAL PROFIT-SHARING REFUNDS: CHECK YOUR DECEMBER STATEMENTS!
As a member of Fort Worth City Credit Union, you share in our ownership, and our earnings. Based on 2025's performance, we are pleased to give back almost 1.3 million dollars to you in the form of bonus dividends and loan interest rebates - our largest profit-sharing rebate ever! Savers received a bonus dividend of 30% on the dividends they earned on their share account during the past 12 months. Borrowers received an interest rebate (refund) of 10% of the interest paid on all loans serviced by FWCCU, including credit cards. Interest rebates lower your effective interest rate and reduce your cost of borrowing from FWCCU.
Bonus dividends are a cornerstone of the not-for-profit model, and a benefit of doing business with Fort Worth City Credit Union. FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY UPDATE
Effective July 1, 2025, we’re updating our funds availability amounts in accordance with Reg CC federal guidelines:
The amount available for withdrawal by check (not subject to next-day availability) will increase from $225 to $275.
The amount available for cash withdrawals will increase from $450 to $550.
The amount available for withdrawal on exception holds on large deposits, new accounts, and the amount for determining a repeat overdraft will increase from $5,525 to $6,725.

ZELLE® IS NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR APP
Zelle® is a fast and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family and other people you trust.
Product Upgrade Announcement: We’ve made some great changes to how you send money to family and friends. You now have access to Zelle® through the FWCCU digital banking app. That’s exciting because with Zelle® you can quickly send money to people you know and trust — no matter where they bank in the U.S., and the money is usually available in minutes¹.
Look for communications from us with more information on how you can enroll and start sending and receiving money with Zelle®. As a reminder, Fort Worth City Credit Union will never call, text, or email you and ask for your passcode, account number or SSN. If you have questions or need assistance, call us directly at 817-732-2803.

NEW CITY HALL ATM
Fort Worth City Credit Union is excited to announce the installation of a state-of-the-art ATM inside the new City Hall, located at 100 Fort Worth Trail, offering enhanced convenience for FWCCU members and city employees. This new machine not only dispenses cash but also accepts cash and check deposits, making financial transactions simpler and more accessible.
The ATM is fee-free for Fort Worth City Credit Union members when accessing their FWCCU accounts, and a CO-OP shared network ATM for fee-free access for many others depending on their financial institution. The ATM is located on the first floor, on the right side of the main lobby which is open to the public Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
