ZELLE® IS NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR APP

Zelle® is a fast and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family and other people you trust.

Product Upgrade Announcement: We’ve made some great changes to how you send money to family and friends. You now have access to Zelle® through the FWCCU digital banking app. That’s exciting because with Zelle® you can quickly send money to people you know and trust — no matter where they bank in the U.S., and the money is usually available in minutes¹.

Look for communications from us with more information on how you can enroll and start sending and receiving money with Zelle®. As a reminder, Fort Worth City Credit Union will never call, text, or email you and ask for your passcode, account number or SSN. If you have questions or need assistance, call us directly at 817-732-2803.

¹U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled consumers typically occur in minutes.

REMODEL COMPLETE

We’ve got great news—our remodel is officially complete! We’re excited to welcome you back inside our lobby to experience our freshly upgraded space. From the brand-new teller counters to the modern layout, every improvement was made with your comfort and convenience in mind. Whether you’re stopping by to handle a quick transaction or want to explore the new amenities at our teller line, we think you’re going to love the updates. And yes—those friendly faces you know and trust are still right here, ready to help you with anything you need (now from behind a much sleeker counter).

Don’t forget—our drive-thru got a makeover too! Lanes 5 & 6 now feature deposit-taking ATMs that are available 24/7, so you can make quick and secure deposits right from your car, anytime. Thanks again for your patience during construction—we can’t wait for you to see the new space. Come visit us soon and check out the upgraded lobby and drive-thru experience—made just for you!

FREE EVENT PARKING IN FWCCU LOT - FOR MEMBERS ONLY

FWCCU members can park in our parking lots at no charge during events at Dickies Arena or at Will Rogers, including the Fort Worth Stock Show. 

Parking passes are available for pick-up in our lobbies during regular business hours and proof of membership is required. Passes are for good for one day only, must have the date on them, and are limited to the number of spaces available. During events, our lots are managed and monitored by a parking company, so your pass must be visible and hanging from your mirror or you will be required to pay the going rate. 

We do not know how traffic will be routed on Montgomery Street prior to, during or after any event; nor do we have no control over that. FWCCU is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle.

ANNUAL AUDIT NOTICE

The supervisory committee has contracted with a local auditing firm to verify member records. Please compare the balances on your year-end statement with your records. If they do not agree, report any differences immediately to: Waypoint Advisory Services, Inc., 2100 S Polk St., Amarillo, TX 79109. Do not contact the credit union directly. We will consider the balances correct unless we hear from you before January 31, 2025. Your Supervisory committee thanks you for your assistance, and we thank you for your dedicated membership.

Mark your calendars for Fort Worth City Credit Union's 95th Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event, set for Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Will Rogers Memorial Center, 3401 W. NEW CITY HALL ATM

Fort Worth City Credit Union is excited to announce the installation of a state-of-the-art ATM inside the new City Hall, located at 100 Fort Worth Trail, offering enhanced convenience for FWCCU members and city employees. This new machine not only dispenses cash but also accepts cash and check deposits, making financial transactions simpler and more accessible.

The ATM is fee-free for Fort Worth City Credit Union members when accessing their FWCCU accounts, and a CO-OP shared network ATM for fee-free access for many others depending on their financial institution. The ATM is located on the first floor, on the right side of the main lobby which is open to the public Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday.

INTRODUCING CreditSMART

Your credit score and report are now available in digital banking! Log in to your account and look for CreditSMART. This free service helps you stay on top of your credit quickly and easily. Knowing your credit standing is essential when you want to open a loan or credit card, but it’s also important to track changes to your score since it can alert you to suspicious activity. CreditSMART gives you the tools to help protect your credit health. Log in to CreditSMART today to keep on top of your credit score.
