Mobile Deposit

Deposit Checks Anywhere

With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks anywhere you have mobile service by taking a picture with your smartphone. Go ahead and give it a try; it’s as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download the Mobile App. Open the app and log in. Click the link for “Deposit Checks.” You must agree to the terms and conditions and be approved for use the first time you request access to the service.

  2. Once approved, click “Deposit a Check”, enter the check amount, and the account you want it to go into. Be sure you have properly endorsed the check, including all of the following information to prevent your deposit from being rejected:

    • The phrase “For Mobile Deposit only at FWCCU”

    • Your Member Number + Account Number (1,11,12, etc.)

    • Your signature

  3. You’ll be guided to take pictures of the front and back of your check. You’ll be able to preview your check images and make corrections before you click to confirm the deposit. Once you click submit, you’re done and ready to deposit another check. Be sure to put the check in a safe place until the deposit hits your account. See how simple it is?

Deposited checks may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Checks must be properly endorsed to be accepted for deposit. Check amount limits and daily limits may apply. For more information about mobile deposits, contact member services at 817-732-2803.

  • Make sure your iPhone 6® or higher, iPad Air 2 or higher or iPad mini 3 or higher is updated to the latest iOS.

  • Add your Fort Worth City Credit Union Visa card to Apple Pay...it’s easy

  • Use it within apps or hold your device near a contactless reader with your finger on TouchID™

  • Enjoy all the rewards and benefits of your Fort Worth City Credit Union Visa card using Digital Wallets.

Add your debit or credit card to the digital wallet of your choice. It may prompt you to call the Credit Union to verify your information. Upon verification, your card will be authenticated and you can immediately start using your phone to pay! You can easily set your FWCCU Visa card as your default card.

Google Pay

Now, whether you are paying in a store or in-app, you can pay with just a tap on your Android® device (supported devices must have KitKat 4.4 and higher) with Google Pay.

Pay in Store: With Google Pay you can simply unlock your phone, place it near a contactless terminal, and you’re good to go. You don’t even need to open an app. Tap and pay is that fast, that easy.

Pay in App: Tired of entering your payment and address details every time you make in-app purchases? Next time just select Google Pay at checkout.

Where to Pay: Google Pay is now available in your favorite Android apps, and accepted almost anywhere you can swipe or tap your card. And more are being added every day! View participating merchants.

Samsung Pay

If you have a Samsung device running Android 9 or above, you also have the option to pay using your supported Samsung device with Samsung Pay to pay for transactions in-store.*

Samsung Pay makes transactions easy. Just swipe up to launch the app, secure with authentication (either your fingerprint or passcode) and hover over the card reader to pay. And it’s safe – your purchases remain yours alone. Samsung Pay keeps your payment information separate and doesn’t store or share it, so you can pay without worry.
