    The new Fort Worth City Credit Union Smartphone application offers a simple and easy way to navigate the Fort Worth City Credit Union website. Find useful information, such as phone numbers, ATM and Shared Branch locations, current promotions, and more. Find a shared branch or surcharge free ATM using your current location or address.

    The app also gives you access to Digital Banking, which allows you to view all of your account balances and history, transfer funds between your accounts, apply for a loan, deposit checks, and pay your bills all with the touch of your finger. Find links to Bill Pay, mobile check deposit, and SyncUp money management software. This totally free application brings the convenience of Fort Worth City Credit Union to your fingertips!

    After June 5, 2019 - simply search the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for "Fort Worth City Credit Union" or "FWCCU" from your Smartphone to download the app today.

    MOBILE DEPOSIT ENDORSEMENT REQUIREMENTS

    Mobile deposit is a fast, easy, and safe way to deposit checks ANYWHERE through the FWCCU mobile app. However, due to regulation that was created for your protection, all mobile deposits must be endorsed in a very specific way to prevent accidental duplicate deposits and potential fraud.

    Mobile deposits must include ALL of the following pieces of information to prevent your deposit from rejection:

    1. The phrase "For Mobile Deposit at Fort Worth City Credit Union"
    2. Your Member Number + Account Number (1, 11, 12, etc)
    3. Your Signature

    DEPOSIT CHECKS ANYWHERE

    With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks ANYWHERE you have mobile service by taking a picture with your Smartphone! Go ahead and give it a try, it’s as easy as 1-2-3:

    1. Visit the iTunes or Google Play Store and search "FWCCU" to download our Mobile app. Open the app and log in to Home Banking. click the link for Mobile Deposit. You will have to agree to the terms and conditions and be approved for use the first time you request access to the service.
    2. Once you have been approved, enter the check amount, and the account you want it to go into. Be sure you have properly endorsed the check, including ALL of the following information to prevent your deposit from being rejected:
      • The phrase "For Mobile Deposit Only at Fort Worth City Credit Union"
      • Your Member Number + Account Number (1, 11, 12, etc.)
      • Your Signature
    3. You’ll be able to preview your check images and make corrections before you click to confirm the deposit. Once you click submit, you’re done, and ready to deposit another check. Be sure to put the check in a safe place until the deposit hits your account. See how simple it is?

    SAMSUNG PAY

    If you have a Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 active, Galaxy S6, Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Fit2, and Gear Sport, you also have the option to pay using your supported Samsung device with Samsung Pay to pay for transactions in-store.*

    Samsung Pay makes transactions easy. Just swipe up to launch the app, secure with authentication (either your fingerprint or passcode) and hover over the card reader to pay.     Add your debit or credit card to the digital wallet of your choice. It may prompt you to call the Credit Union to verify your information. Upon verification, your card will be authenticated and you can immediately start using your phone to pay! You can easily set your FWCCU Visa card as your default card.
