  • Bill Pay

    WHAT IS BILL PAY?

    With Bill Pay* you can pay any company or person you owe. You can also request and receive money from a person or group.

    QUICK FACTS

    Pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check, automatic debit, or cash. We send the money electronically whenever we can. If the person or company can’t accept electronic payments, we print a check and mail it for you.

    Review your payments and bills for the past 84 months in Activity. Also review requests you sent. You can download your payment info to a comma-separated values (CSV) file. You can import the file into a number of different personal financial software applications.

    EBILLS

    Save a trip to the mailbox or another website to get your bills. Some of your bills can be delivered right in Bill Pay. You can view your eBills in Payment Center and pay them with a few simple clicks. You decide how much you want to pay and when you want to send the payment.

    AUTOPAY

    You can set up automatic payments to be sent according to a schedule you set. You can change or cancel AutoPay at any time.

    AUTOPAY FOR EBILLS

    You can set up some eBills to be paid automatically according to options you set. You can change or cancel AutoPay for eBills at any time.

    *There is a $5.00 monthly Bill Pay Service Inactivity Fee. This fee applies if you have enrolled in the Bill Pay Service and do not complete a bill pay transaction at least once every 90 days. To avoid the Bill Pay Service Inactivity Fee, simply complete a bill payment transaction at least once every 90 days, or cancel the Bill Pay Service by accessing the Bill Pay Setup tab within Home Banking.

  • Save Money with eStatements

    Go paperless with eStatements! Login to Home Banking and click the eStatements link to sign up. Now with an improved eStatement portal, your eStatements are filterable, mobile-friendly and presented in date order!

    eStatements are a quick and convenient way to receive your statements online through Home Banking. Enrollment is quick and the service is free! After you enroll you’ll get an e-mail notification when your eStatement is ready and you simply login to home banking to access it. There are many benefits to eStatements:

    • Save time and money
    • eStatements are FREE!
    • They save paper - Go Green!
    • eStatements are available three to five days sooner than mailed statements.
    • More secure than mail
    • eStatements are archived for up to 24 months in home banking.
    • You have the ability to save eStatements on your computer for your records and offline viewing.

    PAPER STATEMENTS

    Members who opt to receive a paper statement will be assessed a $2.00 paper statement fee for any month in which a statement is printed. This fee is waived for youth accounts (under 18) and for members age 65+. This fee will not be assessed until 90 days after the membership is opened.

    To avoid this fee, we encourage you to enroll in e-statements. E-statements are a free way to receive your statements quickly and securely! Log in to Home Banking and click the E-statements and Notices tab, and follow the instructions to begin receiving e-statements.

  • M2M/A2A/Remote Transfers

    M2M TRANSFERS

    You’ve always been able to make transfers between accounts under the same member number. Now you can transfer to other FWCCU member accounts as well! A M2M (member-to-member) Transfer is a transfer to another member’s FWCCU account from your account through the Home Banking system. All you need to know is the member’s name, and FWCCU account, and sub-account number (1,11,12, etc.) The money is transferred immediately and there is no charge for an M2M transfer.

    A2A TRANSFERS

    Do you need to pay your babysitter but don’t have any cash? Repay a co-worker for lunch but they don’t have an FWCCU account? With A2A (account to account) transfers, you can send money to anyone without asking for their personal account information, or waiting weeks for checks to clear. A2A makes it easy to send money from your FWCCU account. You will need a cell phone number or valid email address for the person receiving the funds, and will also need to set a security word that both you and the receiver will use to send and retrieve the money. A personalized link will be sent to the mobile number or email address provided with instructions for the receiver on how to claim their money.

    REMOTE ACH TRANSFERS

    A Remote ACH Transfer is a one-time transfer that you can make to any account, any time, anywhere. It can be initiated through our Home Banking Website, and it is a transfer to or from your account at another financial institution. You must initiate the transaction each time. You simply need the routing number and account number of the domestic financial institution that you want the money to go to or to come from. The following limits apply:

    • No more than $2000 can be sent or received in any business day
    • No more than $10,000 can be sent or received in any period of 30 days
    • Transfers in to your FWCCU account must be a minimum of $1.00
    • Transfers from your FWCCU account must be a minimum of $5.00
    • If either the sending or receiving account is in the negative, the transfer will not be made

    There is no charge for a Remote ACH Transfer, and it takes up to three business days for the transaction to be complete.
