Full-Time Member Service Representative - Montgomery St. Branch: Responsibilities include assisting members and potential members with their financial needs. Must have a knowledge of all products/services; selling and cross-selling products and services; setting up new accounts, respond to and address member needs and issues, direct members to the appropriate people, and resolve issues that are within their authority to solve. One to three years or more of similar or related experience is desired; a high-school education or GED is required. Courtesy, tact, an upbeat personality, computer skills and a sincere smile are essential for this in this position. New opening as of 1/26/26.
Full-Time Marketing Assistant: This position is responsible for supporting the growth of memberships and awareness of Fort Worth City Credit Union products and services through marketing campaigns, community engagement, and events. Represents the Credit Union at off-site events and works with community partners and Select Employee Groups (SEGs) to increase visibility and relationships. Assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, including the annual meeting. Supports the development and distribution of marketing materials, signage, and supplies, and maintains marketing inventory. Acts as a liaison to front-line staff to ensure awareness of promotions and sales initiatives. Requires a high school diploma or GED; six months to two years of marketing or related experience preferred, with event planning and public speaking experience a plus. A significant level of trust, diplomacy, and professionalism is necessary, along with the ability to interact with the public, deliver materials, and present to groups. This position may require occasional evenings, weekends, and off-site work, and may be eligible for a hybrid schedule. New opening as of 1/27/26.
