1. Log in to Home Banking and transfer funds from your Fort Worth Proud Visa to your FWCCU Checking or Share Account. Then use online Bill Pay/ACH transfer service to send money to the accounts you wish to pay off, or pay the bill directly on their website.

2. Complete this online balance transfer form. You'll need the account name, number and balance information of those accounts you wish to pay off with your Fort Worth Proud Visa Card. You may also call or text a loan officer at 817.732.2803 for assistance with your balance transfer.

*IMPORTANT BALANCE TRANSFER INFORMATION:  APR = Annual Percentage Rate. You should not rely on a balance transfer to be made by any particular date. Although most balance transfers will be made sooner, it may take up to 4 weeks for payments made by check to be processed. Accordingly, you should continue to make all required payments until you confirm that the balance transfer has been made. Fort Worth City Credit Union (FWCCU) is not responsible for any charges you may incur on your other account as a result of a balance transfer request. Balance transfer requests may not exceed your available credit at the time we receive your request. Interest will begin accruing on the date of the advance/transfer. Balance transfers are not valid for payment of FWCCU loans or FWCCU Visa card balances. There are no additional fees assessed by FWCCU associated with transferring your balances with this offer. Certain fees, such as an overall minimum finance charge, may be imposed.
