Holiday Loan Promotion Disclosures

Promotion Period: November 1 – December 23, 2026
Prize Drawing Period: December 9 – December 24, 2026

1. Promotion Overview

Fort Worth City Credit Union (FWCCU) is celebrating the holidays with 12 Days of Giveaways. Twelve winners will be selected through drawings held exclusively among eligible members who fund a qualifying Holiday Loan during the promotion period, with a total of $750 in prizes awarded.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to FWCCU members who are at least 18 years old and fund a qualifying unsecured Holiday Loan between November 1 and December 23, 2026.

Only the primary borrower on a qualifying loan is eligible for an entry. Joint borrowers and cosigners do not receive separate entries.

FWCCU employees, officials, directors, and their immediate household members are excluded from participation.

3. Qualifying Loans

Only new, unsecured FWCCU Holiday Loans funded during the promotional period qualify.

The following are excluded:

• Refinances of existing FWCCU loans

• Increases to existing FWCCU loans

• All other loan types, including auto, home equity, credit card, and other non-Holiday Loan products

Loan applications and approvals alone do not qualify. The loan must be funded during the promotional period. All loans are subject to credit approval and FWCCU's standard lending requirements.

4. Drawing Entries and Eligibility

Eligible primary borrowers automatically receive one entry when their qualifying Holiday Loan is funded.

Once entered, the member remains eligible for every subsequent drawing until selected as a winner or until the promotion ends.

Drawing eligibility begins with the next scheduled drawing after the loan funding date. A loan funded on a drawing date does not qualify for that day's drawing.

For example:

• A loan funded on December 8 or earlier qualifies for all 12 drawings.

• A loan funded on December 9 qualifies beginning with the December 10 drawing.

• A loan funded on December 18 qualifies for the remaining scheduled drawings beginning December 21.

• A loan funded on December 23 qualifies for the final drawing on December 24.

Limit one entry per member, regardless of the number of qualifying loans funded.

Each member may win only once. After a member is selected as a winner, their entry is removed from all remaining drawings.

5. Drawing Schedule and Prizes

One winner will be randomly selected on each of the following 12 business days:

Total Prize Value: $750

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except for the designated cash grand prize. FWCCU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries for each scheduled drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in each drawing.

Winners will be contacted using the information on file with FWCCU. Winners may be required to verify eligibility and provide identification before receiving their prizes.

If a winner cannot be contacted or is determined to be ineligible, FWCCU reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes will be made available for pickup, by mail, email (for e-gift cards), or deposit directly to their FWCCU account.

7. General Conditions

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Loan approval is not guaranteed.

• All qualifying loans must be funded by December 23, 2026.

• Each eligible member may receive only one entry and win only one prize.

• Winners are responsible for applicable taxes, if any.

• FWCCU reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries.
