WHAT: Dinner, entertainment, and our annual business meeting. The Directors whose terms are up for re-election - Feleshia Cochran, Fernando Gonzalez, and Charles Ramirez - are running unopposed. Dana Burghdoff is running unopposed to complete the remainder of a vacated term.
PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE RESERVATION FOR EACH PRIMARY MEMBER THAT WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE. Joint members who do not have their own membership number will need to be registered as guests.
Dinner will be provided free to primary members, spouses, and dependent children under 18 who register by 5 PM on Monday, April 13. Guest tickets are $20 and are available for purchase during registration or at the Will Call table starting at 4 PM the day of the event. Tickets reserved on or before 5 pm on April 6 will be mailed to you the week of April 6th unless you requested pickup. All tickets ordered after 5 pm April 6 will be available for pickup at the event.
THE CUT OFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS IS MONDAY, APRIL 13th AT 5 PM CST.
NO LATE RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Everyone attending must have a ticket. No dinners can be carried out of the building. There is an event fee for parking at Will Rogers. Don't miss out on this evening of good food, fellowship, and fun!

You can register online by clicking the REGISTER NOW button on this web page or by visiting https://fwccuonline.com/annualmeeting. Alternatively, you can register by phone or in person at the credit union.

To register, you must provide:
Your First and Last Name (as it appears on your statements - excluding any suffixes or special characters).
Your Member Number (leading zeros are not required).
Names and ages of spouses and dependent guests - and their member numbers if they have their own primary share accounts.

Make sure you are the primary member on the account, and entering your name as it appears on your statement, excluding special characters and suffixes. Verify that your account is:
Open and active (has been used within the last 6 months)
In good standing (not delinquent and your share account has the required $25 minimum balance).
If your account does not meet these conditions, you must bring it into good standing or purchase guest tickets.
If you joined after 3/1, your registration may still fail due to being a new account. Please contact member services to reserve your tickets.
If you have verified all of the above and are still experiencing issues, please contact member services and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have an email address on file with the credit union, you will receive a confirmation email when you register. You may also check your registration by logging in to the registration site using the same information you used to register. You may also contact the credit union to verify your registration.

To make changes to your registration, use the same link as you did to register: https://fwccuonline.com/annualmeeting and enter your information to access your registration. Here you may edit your reservation, until the mailing deadline of 5 pm on April 6. After April 6, contact member services to make changes to your registration.

The final cutoff for ticket registration is 5 PM on April 13 (the Monday before the Annual Meeting) to allow time for processing and printing.
No late reservations will be accepted. -
You can register for tickets online, in person, or over the phone. However, we will NOT hand out any tickets at the credit union. Tickets are only available to receive by mail or for pickup at the event.

Yes, but you will have to purchase a $20 guest ticket at the door and will not be eligible for door prizes. If you can prove membership (by showing your membership card or debit/credit card), you can get a free guest ticket, but it will not be eligible for door prizes.

Yes, but you may not be able to register using the above registration system. If your registration fails, please email contact member services to reserve your tickets.

If you register BEFORE 5PM on April 6 and choose to have your tickets mailed to you, you will receive your tickets late in the week of April 6. All registered tickets will be mailed to the address on record. If you register after 5 PM on April 6, or choose to pick up your tickets, they will be available at the door on the night of the event starting at 4 PM.

Spouses and dependents under 18 living in the household.

Guest tickets are $20 each. The amount will be transferred from your share account unless you specify a different account. Guest tickets can also be purchased in person at the door. Guest tickets are non-refundable once you have received them.

If you reserve your guest tickets online, your share account will be drafted for the amount of the guest tickets. If you register over the phone or in person, you can request to pay for the guest tickets in a different manner, or wait to have your account auto-debited as described. Guest tickets are non-refundable once you have received them.

No, only primary members are eligible for cash prizes. Joint members, non-member spouses and dependents, and guests are not eligible for the cash door prizes.
Primary members over 18 → Eligible for cash prizes.
Primary members under 18 → Eligible for cash prizes.
Non-member Spouse/dependent tickets → Not eligible for cash prizes.
Guests → Not eligible for cash prizes.

The event fee for parking is about $15. The fee is set by the venue, and not by the credit union.
