Mobile Deposit Help
Our mobile deposit app is currently not working on some iPhones. If you are unable to capture an acceptable image using your iPhone app, please take a picture of the front and back of your check and submit both images using the Secure Messaging Link through online banking.
Choose the Mobile Deposit subject option, and attach both the front and back of your endorsed check.
You will receive a email receipt once the deposit is made and the check will be deposited like a normal deposit. Please do not email the check through regular email, as we can not guarantee the security of all email providers.
Please be sure to properly endorse the check and state “For Mobile Deposit Only at Fort Worth City Credit Union” and write your member number and account number on the back of the check.
We appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot the issue and work to get the application back up and running on all iOS versions.
