Working to Improve Your Digital Banking Experience
To continue to give you the best tools possible for your online and mobile banking needs, we have upgraded our Digital Banking system. This upgrade contains some new features which include additional security features such as two-factor authentication and bio-metric app logins; individual logins so you can manage all accounts to which you have ownership rights under one login; online stop pays; and more.
The first time you log on to our new system, you will use your current Login ID. Your password will NOT carry over, so you have been assigned a temporary password, which will be the last 6 digits of your SSN. You will be prompted to set your new password during the initial login process. This can be done through a browser or through the new Mobile App. If you have multiple member numbers, all of your accounts will appear under one login. This account consolidation may cause some users to be unable to login. If this happens, simply register as a new user.
To be sure the system recognizes your birthday and zip code, be sure to enter the date of birth in MM-DD-YYYY format, including the dashes.

Please delete your current FWCCU app, and search the App Store for “Fort Worth City Credit Union” and look for the familiar blue longhorn icon. Download and install the new mobile app, and follow the login instructions above.
Account Aggregation Services:
Quicken/Quickbooks/Mint users: Aggregation services will be interrupted for up to 5 business days. We have created a post-conversion troubleshooting guide, and make the following recommendations for the best service during the outage:
