Full-Time Senior Teller
The role of this position is to ensure members receive friendly, accurate and timely assistance from the teller line. The Senior Teller receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. This role is responsible for the inventory and sales of certain products and merchandise. Also responsible for balancing the cash vault and the self-service coin machine. Works closely with all tellers assigned to the drive thru monitoring transactions, policies and procedures and assist with balancing if needed. Provides initial training to all new teller hires. Will be required to make the decisions for all tellers concerning check holds or requests for overrides from tellers if the VP of Member Services or Teller Supervisor is unavailable. Promote cross sales of products and services. Two to five years of similar or related experience and a high-school education or GED is required. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Skills to be successful in this position include knowledge of regulations that pertain to the teller line such as Reg. CC, & Truth & Savings, good communication skills, ability to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard. New opening as of: 3/23/18.
Full-Time Virtual Branch Member Service Representative
This is a call center position - the role of a Virtual Branch MSR is to work within a call center environment (phone and internet), assist members and potential members with their financial needs. Must have a knowledge of all products/services; selling and cross-selling products and services; setting up new accounts, respond to and address member needs and issues; direct phone calls to the appropriate person, and resolve issues that are within their authority to solve. Six months to two years or more of similar or related experience is desired; a high-school education or GED is required. Telephone etiquette, courtesy, tact, diplomacy, computer skills, and customer service are all skills that are necessary to be successful in this position. New opening as of 4/16/18.
