Full-time Data Storage Specialist: The role of a Data Storage Specialist is to maintain the digital imaging system, and provide basic computer support and correspondence. Scan documents, index to proper file locations. Be able to find and produce scanned documents upon request. Perform basic computer troubleshooting and repair, such as replacing monitors, keyboards mice and printer support. Prepare out-going mail, sort and post incoming mail, packages and correspondence. Searches and investigates information contained in files, inserting additional data, preparing reports, and supplying written information on request. Six months or more of similar or related experience and/or education is desired; a high-school education or GED is required. Good attention to detail, ability to see differences in words and numbers used to classify materials for filing are skills that are necessary to be successful in this position.
